Your personal data is shared with; ● the general law enforcement units in electronic environment in accordance with the Identity Notification Law No. 1174; ● the banks related and payment institutions in order to electronically collect the accommodation fee electronically; ● our suppliers in order to carry out our commercial and technical business processes such as accommodation, accounting, legal and informatics.

● On the other, No19 Boutique Hotel meticulously gives priority to the health of its guests, hotel employees, visitors, and other business partners. As the COVID-19 has been announced "Pandemic" by the World Health Organization (WHO), and to fight against this outbreak, there are some measures specified by the Circulars of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Ministry of Internal Affairs should be taken into account during check-in process in accommodation facilities. Therefore, in accordance with the aforementioned Circulars, you are asked for some questions about your experiences during the epidemic whether you have;

In order to prevent the spread of the epidemic, some of health information requested from you are processed both in accordance with the circulars and the purposes of "protection of public health" in Article 6/3 of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 and "protecting against serious cross-border threats to health" in Article 9/i of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679).

● We will be able to process your data in various environments until the national and international authorities declare that the epidemic is under control, and if necessary, we will also have to share your data with official institutions and organizations such as the Ministry of Health. Your personal data will be destroyed as soon as possible after the epidemic is under control and / or converted into statistics for analytical purposes that will not contain personal data no longer.
